How often should I come?

This depends on why you come.  It can vary from twice a week for acute issues to once a month for maintenance.

For persistent pain, trauma, or if you are really uncomfortable, then twice a week is recommended.

For issues that are causing emotional distress or anxiety, or for body work to release tension or stuck patterns in the body, once a week is good for the first few sessions, then changing to fortnightly.

For personal growth and development, where you are functional but want to get rid of some pesky patterns or inhibitions, a session every 2-3 weeks usually works well.

For maintenance of earlier energy work, or to chip away at long-standing issues while you continue to engage in supportive energy practices like mindfulness meditation, yoga, Tai Chi, Chi Gung or breathwork, a session once a month is very effective.
